Since 1991 Panadería y Pastelería Peruana magazine is a leader in the bakery, pastry and related industries.

Agenda Gourmet & del pan
Another of Esagesac's products is the "Agenda Gourmet & del pan" where renowned Peruvian chefs share their recipes. I had the great opportunity to work as a gastronomic photographer and thus learn from the passion and care that chefs put into each of their dishes. Likewise, I made the design of the cover of the agenda in 2014 and 2015.
